Infant vitamins. : Only small amounts of vitamin d are transferred in breast milk. That's why the american academy of pediatrics (aap) now recommends that you give your breastfed baby a supplement of 400 iu per day of vitamin d, starting in the first few days of life. Babies who are fully or partially formula fed but drink less than 32 ounces of formula a day also need a daily 400 iu vitamin d supplement

Be wary of boosters: Many supplements, foods, herbs, other plants, and techniques are claimed to "boost" the immune system, but none have been proven effective. The immune system is complex, and "boosting" it to make it act stronger is not always a good thing. In conditions like arthritis, thyroid disease, diabetes type 1, lupus, eczema, etc..., the immune system is over-acting and damaging the patient's own organs.

Never: This looks primarily to be a vitamin drop to me.   Babies do need 400 IU of vitamin D daily.  Other than this, your breastmilk and formula ( assuming it is adequately DHA supplemented using optimal global DHA levels) contains all the vitamins and nutrients your baby needs to grow. If you are breastfeeding, then three times a week seafood is optimal for DHA secretion into milk.

Any age: Children's gas drops (most contain Simethicone &amp; others are "homeopathic") are often okay to give to young infants, including newborns.  However, you should read the indications &amp; instructions for any product and consult your Pediatrician if you feel something more serious could be going on.

Should be fine: Vitamins are sometimes offered in specific situations to avoid issues created by individual needs of a baby.Any excess will end up in babies urine daily. Bring this up with your doc.

Not needed: Any infant formula has enough nutrients so you don't need supplementation, unless there a true nutritional deficiency of a certain element, then a special dose would be given, not in your case, enjoy your baby

Not necessary: If you have a normal diet, breast feeding provides your baby with everything needed, with the possible exception of Vitamin D, which is added to your formula. As long as your baby is getting at least 32 oz of formula/day, no additional vit D supplement is needed. If giving less than 32 oz formula/day, the only thing you need to add is vitamin D, 400 IU per day (best given as vitamin D drops)

2 month old baby having blocked nose ( not oozing) since 3 weeks. sometimes she has a dry cough. am scared. is it ok? should i give her zincovit drops

Try saline nose drop: try saline nose drops every 8hrs and only suction no more than every 8hrs
some times oversuctioning can give swelling of the nasal mucosa and blockage.
preferably do this before feeding so baby can eat and breath as babies are obligatory nose breathers
a humidifyer with distilled water might help
ofcoarse allergies to dust mold or pets must be considered

2 month old baby drinks 1.5 oz formula milk every hour. less breast milk. at night 7 hours sleep and not fed. is it proper? giving zincovit drops too.

Overnight sleep! : Yes, a 7 hour stretch of sleep is appropriate for a 2 month old. Congratulations! On demand feeds are best while awake. Is she gaining weight well? This is the best indicator of her milk intake's adequacy.  Best of luck!
