Never: This looks primarily to be a vitamin drop to me. Babies do need 400 IU of vitamin D daily. Other than this, your breastmilk and formula ( assuming it is adequately DHA supplemented using optimal global DHA levels) contains all the vitamins and nutrients your baby needs to grow. If you are breastfeeding, then three times a week seafood is optimal for DHA secretion into milk.
