: Did you get prescribed the propranolol for hypertension or some other reason? If it was for hypertension, your blood pressure must still be elevated on the amlodipine. Do you have a blood pressure cuff at home? If you do, you can monitor your blood pressure-take a reading before you take the propranolol dose. Not too high: Normal systolic (first number) pressure is 90-140 and normal diastolic is below 80-90. so 130/63 is totally normal.
Other measures to maintain an adequate blood pressure is a healthy diet rich in vegetables and fruits, exercise, stress reduction/relaxation techniques/meditation and maintaining a healthy weight. Many benefit from magnesium, esp. mag. glycinate or mag. taurate.

Treat your symptoms: If you feel well, then you need no remedy. Oftentimes patients can tolerate low blood pressures without risk of passing out or causing stroke or heart attack. If you feel well walking around and do not have lightheadedness or symptoms, then there is nothing to do. Low blood pressure is usually caused by propanolol not fluoxetine, so a lower dose may be needed if you feel poorly.
