2 weeks minimum: Under the muscle augmnetation -> take it easy for 1 to 2 weeks.  No heavy lifting for a month, but i'd go over all of this with your doc.  He/she may have different recovery recommendations.

Don't...: I can not recommend the use of pills, lotions, or any “miracle technology” for patients who are considering breast enhancement. Breast Implants: Recommend to see the surgeon who put them in, if possible or another surgeon to remove them. Yes, it is okay to remove them now, if you are not breastfeeding. Surgery SHOULD not be long, unless a lot of adhesions or complications. Good Luck.
