How long does it take for breast implants to settle fully?

Many Months: It may take up to 6 months and sometimes longer for breast implants to fully “settle”. Close follow up with your plastic surgeon will be key. Best wishes.

6-9 months: Breast implants can settle over your lifetime but if you are referring to the majority of post surgical changes most will occur within 3 months but additional settling occurs over a 6-9 month period followed by a relatively stable appearance excluding weight changes, pregnancy, lactation and menopause.
