Hip labrum, muscle: If the injury started during activity, you worry about a groin strain that hasn't healed or been rehabed well enough.  We think of other things like inguinal hernias.  Even hip problems can present as groin pain - so if your doctor hasn't checked already, make sure a good hip exam is done - a hip labral tear can present as groin pain.

Maybe: If only occurred one time and then dissapear i would not worry about it, however is you get groin pain in a continuos basis that could indicate pathology of your hip joint and in that case should cosult a physician.

See a urologist: You need to see a urologist.  This could be a hernia but without an evaluation you can not make the diagnosis.   These symptoms you should definitely have evaluated.

Tears can recur: Labral tears can recur, especially if underlying cause of tear is not concomitantly addressed. Specifically,  care needs to be taken to avoid leaving behind a bony prominence of the rim of the acetabulum (Pincer lesion) or a bony bump off the femoral head-neck junction (Cam lesion). A retorn labrum can often be repaired again or reconstructed with allograft tissue if needed during revision A'scope

Unlikely: I personally wear dansko clogs everyday and I do a lot of walking and standing. I have never experienced any pain in thigh or groin. If you are there may be some structural problem and you should at least see your primary care physician for evaluation.

Hard to say: If the disruption of the pubic symphasis remains unstable the pain will likely persist.  Alot depends on how it happened (trauma vs child birth).
