Seebelow: You are probably compressing the sciatic nerves around the if she'll tuberosity in that region . If you have to sit for prolonged periods of time try standing up frequently and repositioning your buttock , avoid hard objects you may need a special pillow for your seat, avoid any objects in your back pocket. Try some stretching exercises this should get better if you do the above . If this continues to be a problem seek an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation. Good luck thank you.
