Shoot for: 3/4 to 1 mg of protein per lb. Body weight per day if training hard and hoping to put on some mass, from a variety of sources both dietary and supplements. Experiment with lesser and greater amounts. One size doesn't fit everyone & leser amounts may be appropriate for people with kidney issues. Hope this is helpful!

Creatine: If you are already taking a whey ( milk ) protein. You dont need an additional milk (casein) protein. Too much protein can tax your kidneys as well. Speak to a health care professional with expertise in athletic supplements for dosing.

Yes: If the supplement is purely a protein powder as described above, then yes. But given the unique pharmacokinetic features of micellar casein ("slow-release") it may be prudent to take your blood pressure medicines (and other medicines) at a different time of day from your protein supplement so as not to interfere with absorption.

Varies...: Many factors will play into the length of time it takes for a person to digest a steak, such as size of the steak, how well it is chewed, the amount of digestive enzymes the person produces, any medications that may affect the acidity of the stomach and other factors. It could be as short as a few hours and as long as several days. You will want to strategize how to maximize digestive efficiency.

All proteins begin -: getting broken down in the mouth, but most it occurs in the stomach and 1st part of the Small bowel, due to ENZYMES in these areas. After that in the lower part of the small bowel it gets absorbed. It takes about 2-3 hrs at least. 
In someone with Stomach or Pancreatic problems, it might take longer or they may not be digested.

Hard to say: Your question is difficult to answer - many causes of headaches in the evenings, and i would not expect morning protein meal to have an effect. If you suffer reactive or rebound hypoglycemia, that could lead to headaches at midnight based on a high carbohydrate meal at dinner time.

Pro mean with: and bio means life.  Probiotics help the GI system digest food.  Anti means against. So, if one takes excessive antibiotics (which are sometimes needed) they can kill off the good bacteria in our GI systems and we can have digestive problems.  This can happen w/out antibiotics at times too.  So, the probiotics replace the good bacteria that are missing or low.  Peace and good health. See doctor.
