See below: It will probably have fewer pulmonary consequences.  Is it safe?  It will still lead to cognitive impairment for 24 hrs after use, reduction of testosterone, withdrawal with regular use which may exacerbate depression and anxiety.  What do you mean by safe?

NO!!!!!!: Tobacco is plenty bad, and I am not recommending it, but marijuana, however "safe" it may be in adults when used occasionally socially, as is alcohol in most cases, is not safe in teens.  It impairs learning, decreases motivation for other activities, and can increase the chances of underlying psychiatric issues becoming more severe.  Tobacco has more "tars, " and is worse for lungs than marijuana.

Probably Nothing: I don't want to make too little of this but given what you described, didn't sound like anything more than a muscular or skeletal pain. If it gets worse Or you start getting any shortness of breath, seek immediate medical attention. Otherwise, I expect it will get better soon. Take a hot soak and stretch.
