See below: It will probably have fewer pulmonary consequences. Is it safe? It will still lead to cognitive impairment for 24 hrs after use, reduction of testosterone, withdrawal with regular use which may exacerbate depression and anxiety. What do you mean by safe?

Cannabis: No, smoking cannabis is not safe. Either way, you are exposing yourself to carcinogens in the smoke. Plus, people smoking cannabis risk reactions of paranoia and intense anxiety.

Hello. : Hello. A cigarette (tobacco) can't make you psychotic, but marijuana could. Being psychotic is not how any one would want to recreate.
