Don't count the time: Naphthalene has a bad smell. Human toxicity is not always correlated with intensity of the smell.  Moth balls can be merely irritating for some people or can have instant toxic effects on others. This is not predictable in advance unless you have prior voc or chemical sensitivity. Best try to avoid them always.

Probably: Alprozalam is a short acting anti-anxiety medication. It can also be used for insomnia in selected people. It's also a very popular street drug. What your friend's problem is only he can tell based on the information provided. I doubt it is insomnia as he uses it 3 times a day. If it is anxiety, it's definitely not the best treatment for it. I have some suspicion about potential abuse of it.

Not sure of your ?: I'm not certain what you're asking but if you're asking if a normal heart cath means that you will be normal for the next 10 years, it does not. A heart cath should not be mistaken for a crystal ball. No one can predict the future. If your cath is completely normal tho, at 43, you must be living a healthy lifestyle and that bodes well for the future. Best of luck!
