Time Dependency: Narcotic withdrawal times and severity are complex phenomena and not easy to summarize. The time it takes the body to get rid of narcotics (half-lives) may have far more to do with length and severity of dependence, malnutrition, sleep deprivation and kidney and liver function than the pharmacokinetic profile of the drug.  Please speak with your pain management specialist for specific advice.

Depends how long you: have been taking suboxone. If you've taken it for more than a few weeks, the blood levels should remain therapeutic at steady state for up for five half lives of the drug (the 1/2 life is 24-42 hours). If you just started, it's shorter. Let your doctor know also, so s/he can assist monitoring you. It has a short elimination life, meaning the shorter you've been on it, the faster it's eliminated.

Suboxone withdrawal: This is a very difficult question in my experience it varies extremely from several weeks to several months if nothing is done to lessen the symptoms there are ways to minimize the withdrawal. If you have the choice the best way is to come off the Suboxone very very slowly over many months.

U can do it if U try: It's hard from 36 hrs after the last dose last for several weeks, even a few mths. Symptoms include muscle cramps and jerks,  insomnia, diarrhea, sweating, anxiety and depression. Tapering helps 1/2 steps weekly or bi-. Or, a period of medical detox can help. Not safely: If she has been prescribed suboxone, it is the responsibility of the prescribing physician to make sure her "induction" is done safely - at least 2-3 days after long-acting opiates and being in withdrawal. If not, it may precipitate a very severe withdrawal reaction, with violent nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, terrible pain and even delirium. If not prescribed, definitely no! do it with supervision.

Depends: Many addiction experts would say that the length of withdrawal symptoms is correlated to the total length of opioid dependence multiplied to some extent by the strength of the opioids abused.  There are unknown coefficients in the equation but that is a rule of thumb. For some people who have very severe dependency it can last months although for less severe dependency possibly weeks to even days!

Taper to 30 mg: Taper to 30 mg and make sure you have appointment with physician who prescribe Methadone you must having withdrawal symptoms  24  hours after last dose some time vary depends on metabolism

Yes: Buprenorphine is a long-acting drug, and both it, and its even longer acting metabolites, may remain in urine for weeks.  I don't imagine you are feeling very good if you just stopped 24 mg per day.  This is not generally a very good idea, and the likelihood of prolonged withdrawal symptoms and relapse to use of your prior opiate drugs is high.

i've been on suboxone for 10 yrs. i'm tapering last couple years and made it to "0.133333" mg once a day. take nothing now but still extreme withdraw?

Keep up abstinence: 10 years is a long time. Your opiate receptors may be missing some of the excitement, but u went a long way to be here. Congratulations. Don't give up. Do sports, socialize, keep busy with pleasurable activities. Treat withdrawal sx as needed, nausea? Pain? Diarrhea.. or is it inly pdychological malaise? Talk  to your GP.and also atten NA meetings for the longest. They are a good reminder!
