it seems like i have internal hemorrhoids after giving birth.is there any home remedies?do they go away by themselves?

We are born with the: Hemorrhoids are normal part of our anatomy.  They are made of mostly blood vessels but include soft tissue with an external and internal components.  A "flare up" is when they engorge with blood usually caused by any pressure on pelvis to include pregnancy.  So yes you can treat them with topical preparation to decrease swelling but they can't go away.

Yes: Hemorrhoids are dilated veins caused by obstruction of blood return.  During pregnancy, the weight and pressure of the uterus can inhibit blood return in the pelvic veins leading to dilation of the venous plexus at the anus.

Indirectly: Pregnancy itself causes pelvic pressure & can cause women to get hemorrhoids. A vaginal delivery itself could aggravate the hemorrhoid veins that are already present, but not likely to have caused them to form in the first place.

ever since giving birth, ive had blood in stool. i went to a gastroenterologist, & i got a flexible sigmoidoscopy, which showed i had hemorrhoids. it found 1 polyp, but after biopsy, it was a normal one. a year later, i still find bright blood. why?

: Were the hemorrhoids treated? Even if the ones you had were treated, you could have developed new ones. It would be prudent to see you doctor for a proper in-person evaluation.
You should take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia.

Varies : The first period is usually 3-6 weeks later. Often the first period is a little off from your norm. It is often too long or too short. Too heavy or two light. Things usually get back to normal after that. If you are breast-feeding irregularity may continue. Birth control will regulate you if needed.

Post-partum depression in moms that starts 3-4 weeks after delivery &amp; persists &gt;2-3 mos. is likely to become chronic depression. Harvard psychiatrists reviewed studies on PPD from 1985-2012, many of which show that its persistence indicates a pre-existing depressive disorder. It needs to be treated for parents' &amp; babies' sakes.

Sure: The exact duration of time it takes for all bHCG hormone to disappear will vary slightly from person to person. If you are sexually active and do not wish to be pregnant then birth control should be used to prevent  new pregnancy
