I have seen many weight gains after weight loss.

Just need to find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area for an evaluation.

It is called closed reduction because there is no cutting or surgery involved (which would be an open reduction).

Cranioplasty: A reduction cranioplasty on an adult would be an extremely rare event. This is only rarely done in children with problems like treated hydrocephalus.  It is procedure with significant risks and not lightly undertaken.
