Yes: The question becomes if insurance feels she meets the criteria for a medically necessary reduction due to documentation of back, neck, shoulder pain, skin rashes, etc. If not, she still may be a good candidate for reduction as a cosmetic type procedure. Just need to find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area for an evaluation.
