Not directly: Sciatica is irritation of your sciatic nerve in your back or thigh so it has no direct effect on your ankle. However, the pain and numbness can cause an alteration in the way you walk, which can cause unusual strain on your ankle, causing swelling.

Stress?: Although it could be from many things, lack of sleep can lead to increased stress levels and possibly lead to increased swelling to the lower extremities.  Try finding ways to calmly sleep, like meditation, decrease caffeine intake, restrict activities at night, etc.

Heat causes blood: Vessels to widen or dilate thus promoting blood flow and swelling to our extremities especially our feet and ankle. Some people are more prone than others. Other possibilities include arthritis, heart, liver and kidney problems. I'd suggest that u see your dr for a comprehensive check up to be sure your vital organs are in tip top shape. Take care!

but my ankle is still swelled.! :( 
what to do?

Not unusual: swelling is usually the last thing to subside after an ankle injury. Icing should help. Your physician might send you for therapy to reduce the swelling and get you back to normal
