Heat causes blood: Vessels to widen or dilate thus promoting blood flow and swelling to our extremities especially our feet and ankle. Some people are more prone than others. Other possibilities include arthritis, heart, liver and kidney problems. I'd suggest that u see your dr for a comprehensive check up to be sure your vital organs are in tip top shape. Take care!
