my hair's thick and full. no one in my family has hair lost problems. i have stopped eating fruits/vegetables. can that lead to hair lose eventually?

May be: Eating fruit and vegetables is good for your health. A full head of hair is not going to do you much good if are in poor health and fat due to poor diet. Please eat a mixed diet with vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, beans, and whole grains; low in saturated fats. Refrain from tobacco and alcohol. Exercise about 150 minutes/week.

is blood pressure 104/74 too low should i lower dose on meds. i the only one with family with hbp i suspect it only from being fat. i on diet losing ?

Not low: It's within normal as long as you're not having symptoms of low blood pressure such as dizziness or fatigue. I recommend you monitor your BP more often (x2 a day) for the next week and keep a diary. We care more about the trend of your BP rather than a single read. If the blood pressure is low (&lt; 90/60) then hold off on taking your BP meds and consult with a physician ASAP.

Your doc is probably: concerned about your 110 glucose.  Ask if he/she can give you a hemoglobin A1C lab test.  It will measure the way your body is processing glucose for the last 3-4 months and is more informative than a single glucose test.  Peace and good health.

Portion control !: To lose weight insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables ; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol ; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic ; weight lifting exercises.

Losing weight: To lose weight, get ur resting metabolism rate done(weight loss centers do this). This determines the total number of calories you need to lose 1-2lbs/week. Decreasing 500cal/day will give you a 1lb wt loss in 1wk; drink water (1/2 your body weight), eat small meals about 150-200cal 2-4x/(depending on your metabolism rate) and 500cal/meal at night: lean protein/veggies; avoid carbs, .

Yes: There can be many reasons for excessive weight , how much we eat , what we eat and how much we excersize  can  certainly affect u weight.

The body's and brain's chemical response in grief is identical to that of post traumatic stress disorder, which can occur as a delayed reaction later in life, especially if triggered by something similar such as the loss of a boyfriend or anyone you may know. Please see your family doctor for a physical ; refer to a psychiatrist.

Well,...: A recent study came out that was titled "It is not in the genes, it is what you eat."  That being said, I believe there is certainly a possible genetic predisposition to obesity, BUT with the proper diet and exercise program, this can be easily affected to be healthier and at a more proper weight. Eat well, exercise often, be regimented, avoid temptations, stay well!
