Well,...: A recent study came out that was titled "It is not in the genes, it is what you eat." That being said, I believe there is certainly a possible genetic predisposition to obesity, BUT with the proper diet and exercise program, this can be easily affected to be healthier and at a more proper weight. Eat well, exercise often, be regimented, avoid temptations, stay well!
