Well?: There is no medical or scientific reason but I have heard of this anectodally.  The illness is likely unrelated to pregnancy but may be anxiety.  There is no scientific basis.  Some women do not even get sick.

I am sorry: I am sorry you have been unsuccessful.  Do you have a close friend, spouse or counselor with whom you can speak? No one can understand how depressed you feel, but there can be those who can empathize and provide support. I truly encourage you to speak with someone about your feelings on the matter. Consult with an ob/gyn / fertility specialist about your difficulty getting pregnant.

Yes you can: Pre-ejaculate may contain large amounts of viable sperm (less common), smaller amounts of sperm that are dead or alive or no sperm. Thus, there is potential for pregnancy with pre-ejaculate. Sperm need to be deposited in the vagina or at the introitus for pregnancy to occur. Look for cause: By definition, dysfunctional uterine bleeding (dub) means that you are not ovulating regularly.  There is often an underlying cause, such as thyroid disease, diabetes or polycystic ovarian syndrome.  You need to talk with your doctor about these conditions.  In the meantime, birth control pills are an excellent way to regulate your cycles.  If uncertain about pregnancy, take a test!

And or in?: I'm thinking u have 2 things.  The chocolate cyst may be improved with a cystectmy of the ovary and the fibroid, if problematic for pregnancy, which can be hard to say, have removed.  A drug called depo-lupron ( use add back low dose hormones if used) can reduce both but would use as a pre op measure. I would shoot dye through tubes to ensure open. Semen analysis, 40% men, not hopeless, good luck.

Yes, : Yes, that is a very good question.  It is impossible to know exactly when a woman ovulates.  Typically, it is about two weeks after the first day of her last period, but this varies a great deal.  If the hormones are "out of whack", so to speak, then ovulation is very difficult to predict.  Some women also have irregular periods or even spotting that is not actually their period, which also makes it difficult to predict.  Therefore, you are right; unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy on almost any day of the cycle.

does isotretinoin affect the effectiveness of the diane35 pill in terms of both birth control and acne? i take the pill for acne too and i'm concern the acne treating aspect of the pill will be less effective.

No problem: Isotretinoin does not decrease the effectiveness of hormonal contraception.  In fact, women who are going to take Isotretinoin should use some form of hormonal contraception so that they don't get pregnant while on the drug or they need to abstain from all forms of sexual activity.

The day you ovulate: This day is generally about two weeks before your next period is due.  If your cycles are irregular this can be tricky.  There are ovulation prediction kits  at your pharmacy that can help you figure this out.
