Yes: Wearing optimal vision correction and adjusting lighting to be more directional can help. Once you have had your retinas checked for serious causes such as blood, retinal tears or detachment, you can learn to ignore the faint shadows and focus on the your intended object.
Gradually, floaters become less annoying when you realize they do not represent sight threatening conditions.

: Eye floaters and temple headaches are NOT symptoms of brain tumor.  If you have additional symptoms, check with your primary care to determine in more tests are needed

Unlikely: Brain tumors do not cause floaters. We all have some floaters. If new floaters appear, see your doctor for examination of the retina. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Evaluation: Please see your physician for an evaluation. The symptoms you describe could be related to many things. Seeing your doctor would put your mind at ease, and if there is something wrong you will well on your way to having it addressed.

hello, im from australia. i am convinced i have a brain tumour? i have headaches that feel more like a pressure in my ears. they are not daily and do go away with panadol - i have eye floaters too and im just so worried i also have panic attacks.

Doctor can evaluate: There are countless numbers of people across the globe who are convinced they have a brain tumor today. Fortunately, almost every one of them do not have a brain tumor. Statistics rule the day. Brain tumors are truly rare. That means such a patient should write down on a calendar her whole brain tumor story, listing symptoms and dates, and go see her primary care provider.

Common presence: Floaters are common, especially in older folks.  They must  be distinguished from visual phenomena due to normal circulation which are not floaters.  Most get tolerant of floaters and learn to ignore them although in the right light they can be re-visualized.

No: While some migraineurs may get a death wish, a headache never actually killed anybody. A headache (uncommonly) may herald a dangerous or life-threatening event, but not a PRIMARY headache like migraine. You need to educate yourself about migraines so that you can control them; otherwise they will control you. There are good books and also see e.g. http://www.americanmigrainefoundation.org.

hi, what are the chances i have ms?  i had a clean mri of brain, with contrast.  i have been having some tingly hands, floaters in eyes and dizziness.

Tests for MS: No single test helps diagnose of eliminate MS.  A normal MRI however is a strong vote against MS as the cause.  Floaters in the eyes and dizziness are not very strong signs of MS either.  Tingling in the hands has many causes.  For example, high blood sugar causes some of these symptoms.  Carpal tunnel syndrome may cause symptoms in the hands.  I doubt MS is the cause, but you should keep looking.

Accepted Answer

PPMS: No - these are not the symptoms of PPMS, but you could have some knee soreness, and carpal tunnel syndrome.  Tell your providers about your symptoms, let them help you take care of them.
