There is no possible: Way to answer all that you ask in 400 characters or less. It would be very hard to fall asleep if high on these.  However , when one crashes they are likely to be exhausted & could fall asleep.

The safest approach is to seek appropriate drug rehab steps  ASAP, and avoid permanent complications.  Your choice!!

Not a great starting: There are an array of sleep meds which may help.  The essential question is do you have to keep doing crystal meth?  If you have to add a drug to manage an abuse able drug it would seem you are on a diminishing path.  Best of luck.  I really think the healthiest solution is to stop crystal meth use.

Need a doctor: You should have a check up with a physical examination and blood testing, to see if there's something wrong which would respond to some form of treatment. You also need ongoing drug abuse treatment, if you want to stay clean and off drugs, which is what I recommend. Meth Addiction can be tough, you need all the help you can get and need to do whatever it takes to stay clean. Good luck.

Get up the same time each day, regardless of what time you fell asleep. 
2. Make a regular, relaxing bedtime routine. Relaxing rituals prior.
