: Before you spend money on useless junk you should have an x-ray of your wrist/hand. It can be assessed for growth centers. If they are closed as most would be in a 19 yo you have stopped growing taller. No meds/diet/exercise or other endeavor can make you taller if the growth centers are closed. If open, a well balanced diet/rest &amp; normal exercise help you reach your tallest.
