Breast feeding : The best way produce more milk is for you to eat healthy,  drink plenty of fluids,  have the baby nurse on regular intervals,  baby's suckling stimulates milk production  &amp; in between feeding  pump your breast ,&amp; freeze the milk to use later, keep trying. Best wishis.

i need a script for chronic medication. innuvair/duralex. 1 pump in day and one pump at night.
how do i get a script during the lock down?
chest is feeling tight and afraid to leave the house incase contract corona virus.

Angina pectoris: If you even suspect that you may be having angina you should be seen and examined.  On the other hand, coronary insuffficiency in a 22 year old is not very common.  See a cardiologist and get tested.  It cannot hurt anything but your wallet, and could save your life.

what could cause my wife to get a really tight chest, often with pain? feels hard to breathe, like a weight on her. asthma pump doesn't help.

Get checked: This could be due to many potential causes, for example, it could be related to anxiety/panic, but it could also be related to cardiac (heart) strain and these can be signs of a heart attack.  It would be best to get checked out.

? asthma: Would see your doctor and get checked for asthma. If that is the issue it can be easily treated with medication.

Panic attacks?: If you don't have underlying heart or lung diseases, then you possibly experiencing panick attacks...
Obviously the symptoms are bothersome to you, so i would suggest seeing your doc..

: LAHB mah be a normal variant in your age group or be due to structural heart disease. It in itself doesn't cause chest pain. The latter is usually caused by coronary artery blockage or spasm or pericarditis (inflammation of the heart lining) Is your echocardiogram abnormal?. Have you had a treadmill stress rest? if you haven't done so, consult a cardiologist for evaluation &amp; followup.

what can i use besides pulmicort and asthavent pumps to get rid of my phlegmy cough, runny nose and weezy chest? cough medicines are doing nothing

Accepted Answer

Depends: If you have asthma, daily use of Pulmicort may help but even then takes about 2 -3 wks to find out. Asthavent would be for as needed use.  If you have runny nose, you will need a nasal steroid.  We need to rule out other causes of cough as well including sinusitis.  Perhaps it is time for you to consult an allergist.

can you use tucks (witch hazel) pads on your nipples after pumping?

Accepted Answer

No: this would also dry and constrict the nipples which will not be good.  If you are looking to sooth the nipples try vitamin e or aloe. Wash the nipple before feeding the baby next though.

what do you suggest? 'if i put toddler on my right nipple it bleeds can i just feed her from the left side and pump the right?

Yes: This would be an effective strategy. You might also want to get checked for the cause of your bleeding as well.
