Panic attacks?: If you don't have underlying heart or lung diseases, then you possibly experiencing panick attacks... Obviously the symptoms are bothersome to you, so i would suggest seeing your doc..

Anxiety/panic: This could be the issue, but physical issues can also cause symptoms. First, see your family doc for a thorough work up.
