Hard to say: Most girls grow only 5 cm or 2.5 in after their first cycle and finish their linear growth at 16-17. The hormones that support menses also tell the growth centers to close over time, so the amount of possible linear growth  is related to all such factors.If the growth centers remain open(xrays can tell) one can grow taller, but i would not expect it in this circumstance.

i don't know if this is medical or not. but i'm wondering if it's possible to get pregnant even if you're not ovulating. i learned that if you have unprotected sex, no matter what day of the month it is, you will get pregnant.

Yes, : Yes, that is a very good question.  It is impossible to know exactly when a woman ovulates.  Typically, it is about two weeks after the first day of her last period, but this varies a great deal.  If the hormones are "out of whack", so to speak, then ovulation is very difficult to predict.  Some women also have irregular periods or even spotting that is not actually their period, which also makes it difficult to predict.  Therefore, you are right; unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy on almost any day of the cycle.

does isotretinoin affect the effectiveness of the diane35 pill in terms of both birth control and acne? i take the pill for acne too and i'm concern the acne treating aspect of the pill will be less effective.

No problem: Isotretinoin does not decrease the effectiveness of hormonal contraception.  In fact, women who are going to take Isotretinoin should use some form of hormonal contraception so that they don't get pregnant while on the drug or they need to abstain from all forms of sexual activity.

Urologist: Only an evaluation by a fertility specialist and a urologist can get to the bottom of that. Sometimes medicines or surgery can improve things but only after we figure out what the specific problem is.

A habit to break...: Raw rice won't harm your pregnancy unless it is contaminated with a germ that can harm your pregnancy.  When rice is cooked, all the germs are killed and its the best way to eat rice when you are pregnant.  You should work on breaking this habit prior to "trying" to get pregnant.  Get help from a therapist if you can't do it on your own.  Best wishes!

Then, be healthy and stop bad habits like smoking. If not pregnant in 1 yr (age <35) or 6 mo (>= 35 yrs) then see a fertility specialist (rei or ob-gyn). For testing and treatment.
