Hard to say: Most girls grow only 5 cm or 2.5 in after their first cycle and finish their linear growth at 16-17. The hormones that support menses also tell the growth centers to close over time, so the amount of possible linear growth is related to all such factors. If the growth centers remain open(xrays can tell) one can grow taller, but i would not expect it in this circumstance.
