: That detail about collecting the specimen doesn't matter much. However, the oral fluids test misses up to 5% of HIV infections, no matter now long after exposure. It is very unlikely you have HIV, but for conclusive results, have a blood test.

Yes most of the time: It is occlusive in about 95 percent of patients .There is a small group of people in whom it may take 6 months for the test to become positive.So to be 100 percent sure get it checked at 6 months.

Very accurate: This text is extremely accurate. However, of all available HIV antibody test, it takes the longest to be conclusive, 3 months after the last possible HIV exposure. All other tests are done on blood and are conclusive after 4-8 weeks.

: First, you had a very low risk exposure:  CDC estimates the risk of penile to oral HIV transmission at one chance in 10,000 if the male has HIV. That's equivalent to giving BJs to infected men every day for 27 years before infection might be expected. However, the oral fluids test is never truly conclusive:  it misses up to 5% of HIV infections no matter when it is done.

Alcohol OK: First, it is wrong that you cannot drink alcohol along with fluconazole treatment. There is no interference between them; alcohol in moderation will not interfere with treatment of your infection, or increase chance of side effects. In any case, the various sweeteners called &quot;sugar alcohols&quot; really are not alcohol at all. No worries!

do stomach acid leaking into the mouth from acid reflux have a negative effect on antibacterial rinse used to treat inflammation in the gums?

Reflux: Reflux into the mouth should not affect your antibacterial rinse.  The acid should kill the bacteria.  However, the acid will damage your teeth and irritate your gums.  Typically, reflux should not travel all the way into the mouth. Gastric contents that travel back into the mouth is vomiting.  Always speak with your physician about your concerns, they can provide the best explanation for you.

Unlikely: It could be a gum infection, a fungal infection, a viral infection, or a tooth problem 
This really can't be diagnosed without a clinical and visual examination.
See your dentist for a thorough examination.
