"buring" usually: Describes a nerve-related problem, which may not even be in your foot. Compression or other issues with nerves in your back or leg can cause foot or toe burning. Certain systemic problems like diabetes or anemia can cause burning, usually in both feet (or toes). Start with your pcp who may refer you to a neurologist.

Likely from anxiety: And panic attack especially if all our workup have been negative. U have to train your thoughts that nothing bad will happen to u when u experience these symptoms. Try doing yoga and meditation. God bless you!

Both feet =Nerve: Burning suggests nerve pain.  Since it is bilateral this might indicate more proximal involvement-such as lower back nerve impingement.  Though this possible could be in the foot, but I feel this is less likely.   Nerve conduction studies might shed some light on this.

Have it evaluated: I have see simple wounds from a similar event lead to a puss filled abscess within the complex layers of the foot. Hospitalization &amp; surgery were needed to drain the abscess &amp; begin antibiotic treatment. Three different germs were found. I would not ignore this, it sounds infected.

Heat reaction: The location of the eruption is unusual for a heat rash. The bumps are most likely sweat trapped in the skin. Corticosteroid ointment could be tried for relief of the rash. Hopefully you can find a way to keep cooler in the heat. ? Air conditioning ? A fan. A dermatologist could advise you further.
