Both feet =Nerve: Burning suggests nerve pain. Since it is bilateral this might indicate more proximal involvement-such as lower back nerve impingement. Though this possible could be in the foot, but I feel this is less likely. Nerve conduction studies might shed some light on this.

Need more info:: When trying to find out the cause of pain in toes of both feet you would need to give the Dr. the following information: Is the pain in all the toes, if not, which ones? Is the pain continuous or intermittent? Is the pain limited to the toes or does it involve other parts of the foot, or anywhere else. What type of pain: Sharp?Dull?Burning? What activity makes it worse, and what makes it better?
