Ice: Ice pack will help to dull the pain, 20min on 20min off, keep you head elevated.  Otherwise rx pain meds could help as well.

Pain after 11 days: It is possible to have pain after 11 days, depending on your health history. It is also possible you could have a dry socket? I would suggest you return to where you had the teeth out, and let them look at the area.  If you do have a dry socket it can be treated with medicine in the area, and the pain should start to go away.

May or may not be: It depends upon the difficulty of the extractions, your pain threshold, what if anything you are taking for pain control, and largely whether the pain has gotten worse, better or the same since day one.  It is best that you call the dentist who removed your teeth, discuss your discomfort and request advice as to what to do, if anything and whether or not you should be seen in the office.

Not abnormal: The local anesthetic can sometimes cause flushing. Pain in the middle of the jaw is most likely referred pain from the surgical site. You've had surgery , and all of your questions are warranted. Call the surgeon for confirmation.

After postop visit: You should see your surgeon and have them examine the surgical area to make sure healing is progressing ok. A post op visit is done so your surgeon can clear you   to eat normally and return to usual activities.

Depends: Any surgical procedure involves some level of pain or discomfort.  The unknown variable is how each person defines or perceives pain and how they respond to it.  Local anesthesia will be administered to numb your mouth during surgery.  If you do not want to be aware of the procedure, ask your surgeon what types of sedation can be provided.

No: If you are seeing a competent oral surgeon, then you are in good hands.It is normal to be anxious, and healthy as well. After all, t is surgery and you will be in discomfort afterwards.You need to be prepared for how you will deal with this. Follow the instructions -ice , fluids and Ibuprofen and rest. If you are particularly worried, ask for something to take the night before and day of, to relax.
