Pain after 11 days: It is possible to have pain after 11 days, depending on your health history. It is also possible you could have a dry socket? I would suggest you return to where you had the teeth out, and let them look at the area. If you do have a dry socket it can be treated with medicine in the area, and the pain should start to go away.

10 -14 days: Pain and jaw stiffness may persist for 10 -14 days. If pain persists or worsens, you should contact your surgeon dds for post-op eval.
