Unlikely.: HIV is a realtively fragile virus.  It requires a fluid/liquid environment, preferably one that is warm and has some nutrients in it (mucous membranes).  It does not appear to survive long on cold dry surfaces.

Extremely small risk: The risk is extremely small and really only possible if 1) both the infected person had some gum bleeding on the toothbrush, 2) the toothbrush was used immediately afterward, 3) the uninfected person used enough force while brushing to cause some gum bleeding.  It's really almost a theoretical risk (i've not heard about it actually happening).

Hiv : The viral loads check viral levels only in the blood. An undetectable viral load does not mean that the virus is not in the body, it settles into the body like lymph nodes. A low or undetectable viral load lessens the chance that it can spread during sexual contact but it can.

: Fragile virus. We find great differences in the ability of viruses to survive outside their preferred habitat. For HIV that is the blood flowing inside the body. Expose it to the outside and it dies, much as you would on the surface of the sun.
