No: The answer is no. HIV is in saliva. However when you spit the virus does not last long in environment. Body fluids can transfer the virus, but it must be alot of fluid into an open wound in skin or mucous membrane.

No: Back before we had treatment for HIV infections, it simply wasn't transmitted in homes between family members except by sex or sharing needles. Even in correctional situations in which spitting is commonplace and a means of threatening / aggression against staff, it never happened. But please don't spit on people -- you won't make friends that way; you know that. Best wishes.
