i took hiv test at 14 weeks negative and another one now at 24 weeks and am really nervous. is there any chance of it changing there has been no more exposures since the initial one . both 4th generation combo test. thank you?

HIV: It is highly likely if you are negative at 14 weeks that you will remain so.  There are, however, rare individuals who may turn positive later on and most will suggest testing up until 6 mos and some until one year.

: Repeat question, same answer. You were at zero risk for HIV and your tests prove you don't have it. Stop worrying about retesting for a visa or anything else.

: If you had 4th gen combo test, you do not have HIV.
HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

: This combination of results is conclusive; you don't have HIV. However, many experts nevertheless advise a final AgAb (4th gen) blood test at 6 weeks. Scientifically it really isn't necessary, but it would avoid possible repeated reminders, depending on your doctor. (No problem of course if you've been determining your own testing.)

Depends: It is accurate if positive. However, two weeks is too soon to rule out infection. At six months after exposure, get a HIV nucleic acid test, if that is negative, it would be definitive indication of being HIV free.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: The risk of HIV is extremely low from oral sex. In any case, the HIV RNA test detects 80-90% of infections by two weeks. For 100% assurance, have an antigen-antibody (AgAb, 4th generation) blood test at 4-6 weeks.

ive done hiv rapid test antibody at 14 days and 42 days and it was negative , and i tested again negative with 4th generation hiv test at 43 days , should i done it at 3 months again ? or its conclusive ?

: 4th generation test is conclusive at 6 weeks, or 42nd day. So congratulations on your negative test at 43 days. No repeat necessary until repeat exposure which you will not let happen . Good luck.
