I took hiv test at 14 weeks negative and another one now at 24 weeks and am really nervous. is there any chance of it changing there has been no more exposures since the initial one . both 4th generation combo test. thank you?

If you have a negative hiv test at 12 weeks, you don't have hiv.. Your tests are correct.

There is not need to test for HIV any more, however, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
