: Yes. And no need to wait that long:  it is 100% conclusive any time 6 weeks or more after exposure.

No HIV: Nope. Unless for your own peace of mind. A white tongue is not in any way a sign of an early or new HIV infection.

: She’s not telling the truth. Seroconversion usually 2-4 weeks after infection, infrequently 2-3 month. 2 years?  Nah, just doesn’t happen

metabolic panel total protein 8.3. albumin 4.7 and globulins 3.6 with all other values mid range and negative hepatitis panel and 4th gen hiv test negative 6 months from sex do those results sound high? dr said no cause for concern but im concerned?

: I agree with your physician that these  borderline high values are no cause for concern. If you still have concerns you can have a serum electrophoresis performed to look for abnormal serum proteins such as seen in multiple myeloma or other serum protein disorders.

: These symptoms do not fit with either HIV or syphilis, and your blood tests prove you have neither of them. There are too many other possibilities to guess at the cause, and there may be more than one problem. Probably not serious, but seeing a doctor in person is the only way to know. In the meantime, do your best to entirely forget HIV and syphilis:  it isn't possible you have either one.

Take a routine HIV test from time to time as part of your regular health care, as is offered in most countries. And do whatever it takes to stop obsessing. See below: See your doctor to get a HIV nucleic acid test. if the result is negative at more three months after exposure you would be essentially sure that you do not have HIV. Hep C infection will not give a false negative for the HIV test.

Biopsy: Get further blood testing and a lymph node biopsy for a definitive  diagnosis.

Hiv: The HIV elisa test will come negative until the first six months aftet unprotected sex with a known HIV person.   During this first six months,  hiv-pcr test will be more reliable and accurate.   Good luck !

: My hunch is that she became actively infected Berwyn 9 and 12 months.  Ask he about possible exposure during this time.
