You do not have HIV: Nope. You can stop worrying. You only need another test if you have another exposure. Now, for future reference: HIV infection can be prevented after a high risk exposure. This process must be started by a physician within 72 hours of an exposure. And, for future reference, there is an HIV test that is 100% accurate by 14 to 21 days after exposure, thus limiting the length of worrying.
