i hit my eye with my finger yesterday, and now one side of that eye is red. should i be worried or not?

Hemorrhage: You probably bumped a vein in the conjunctiva and it leaked a tiny spot of blood underneath which will spread in that space so it looks worse than it is.  If you vision is fine and you have no pain or discharge, that is by far the most likely thing and you can just wait for it to absorb although it might spread a little bigger before than happens.

Rocking : Rocking can be a normal behavior for a one yearold favoring his left hand may mean he may turn out to be left handed.

Neck pain: 1st I am a psychiatrist. Depending on the force and mass of the object you could have herniated a disc on opposite side of the trauma. See a doctor and try to get a  mri.

Go to sleep: If no dizziness, balance problems or severe headache, do not worry and go to sleep.

What shot did u get?: domestic animals are relatively safe, and my bunny bites and scratches me all the time. just wash you eye out with saline, if any discharge appears see doctor

Probably nothing: Unless you had a caustic or irritant dust on your finger, probably nothing will lhappen, however, try not to do this.  Wash your hands and be careful before touching your eyes.  You can contaminate your eyes easily.  Be careful!
