Hemorrhage: You probably bumped a vein in the conjunctiva and it leaked a tiny spot of blood underneath which will spread in that space so it looks worse than it is. If you vision is fine and you have no pain or discharge, that is by far the most likely thing and you can just wait for it to absorb although it might spread a little bigger before than happens.

Probably not: You might have broken a small conjunctival blood vessel. If you are having no pain and your vision is fine, it should go away on its own.
