Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if your hemoglobin is also low, you likely have iron deficiency anemia which is not uncommon in women of reproductive age. Consult the doctor who ordered the tests. You may take iron and multivitamin supplements.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Stop worrying: As a pathologist / lab physician, i often wish we didn't even have to report percentages -- they mean nothing apart from absolute values, and even these fluctuate chaotically / meaninglessly. Reference ranges are set so that several % of healthies fall outside; low RDW never means anything and the MCHC looks fine to me. Go enjoy your healthy body ; pay attention to how you feel, not numbers.

It depends: It depends on what the exact finding of these values is.  Sometimes these findings may be normal.  Speak with your physician so he/she can properly interpret these results.

Having said that, there is no cause for concern. You may take vitamin B12 and Folate to address the slightly large size of red cells. Basophil count is not of concern.    Wish you good health!

Gastroenterologist: Your lab work is pretty nondiagnostic. Persistent luq discomfort could emanate from the spleen, pancreas,splenic flexure of the colon or portion of the stomach. You don't indicate whether you've had a ct scan or ultrasound. I recommend consultation with a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

: It looks normal except a slightly low MCH. Hb of 12.4 is still in normal limit (on the low side of normal range) for female but it will be better if you have one blood test in the previous year to compare. If your Hb was much higher in the previous year, you may have iron deficiency at this time.  I wonder the last couple words "9/12 bacterial pneumonia" mean you had test done for that diagnosis.

Depends on details: The rest of the story is needed, because a single number has almost no meaning at all without knowing the rest of a person's medical history. One's regular doctor, who knows why a blood test was ordered and who has examined the patient, can be helpful here. Otherwise, these a number is just a number... could be anything... or could be nothing.

Need some: Hard numbers. A high lymph percentage may not mean anything depending on the total white blood count.  Not uncommon to see no eos on a 100 cell differential.

Cbc: no need to worry . Absolute eisinophil count if very high has to be investigated,, not in your case
