Low oxygen, blood do: Low oxygen levels sometimes can trick the body into making more blood, and can be seen in people with COPD / emphysema and even in smokers. 

Blood disorders like polycythemia vera can do this also. 

Some medications can cause the HGB (hemoglobin) levels to rise (erythopoetin, testosterone, etc).

Some people just naturally have a slightly high hgb.

High Hgb and RBC Hct: Hemoblobin and hemotocrit refer to the amount of red blood cells in your body when measured in a special machine called a Coulter Counter.
HIgh Hb and high Hematocrit (Hct) is often non significant but it can on rare occasions indicate a problem wiht the bone marrow or even or lungs, but these are quite uncommon.

Need actual values: If what you stated is correct, your red cell size may be larger, however, it would be helpful to have all the data, rather the qualitative statements alone. In any case if your hemoglobin is normal, there is no cause for concern.

Hemoglobin c trait: There are multiple variants of hemoglobin, which is the protein in your red blood cells that carries oxygen. As long as you have a normal component (in this case HGB a) there should not be any major health problems. It could be a problem for your grandchildren, though. If they get your child's abnormal variant, and an abnormal variant from the other parent, they could have a blood disease.

HgB-F is Fetal ...: HgB-f stands for Fetal Hemoglobin.  Usually this is replaced by adult hemoglobins by the age of six months.  If there is persistent HgB-f you may have a mild blood dyscrasia.  After all you are 38 years old are just finding out about this now. Some medications may induce the production of HgB-as well.  So talk to your doctor. Unless you are pregnant, in which case you might ask  your Obstetrician.

More than one issue: There is likely more than one issue and it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and review of all the lab findings. It would be prudent to consult your doctor who ordered these tests.

Microcytosis=MCV&lt;80: The good news is that you have normal Hgb and Hct so are not anemic at this time.  When mcv and mch are low, it suggests that to maintain a normal Hct and Hbg, your body has compensated by making more rbc (high rbc) that are slightly smaller (low mcv and mch).  Most common cause would be mild iron deficiency or thalassemia, but increased rbc can also be related to elevation.

Need more info: Your numbers don't help ascertain what is going on. This value of eos can not be placed ion high category. Eos usually become high otherwise in allergic reactions or exposure.

You need to get your throat checked out.
