: Foam in urine occurs for many reasons. If it is just that drink plenty of water and observe for a week or two. If you still see foam while passing urine (not in the container) see a Urologist. Re tests. Get a repeat urinalysis for sure. if still abnormal mention that to the Urologist.

It could indicate chronic infection, as well. It depends on your clinical condition and how severe those findings are to really give you an idea of what this means to you.  The brain finding is not uncommon, discuss with doctor.

May need biopsy : Has to be concerned for recurrence of tumor, I am sure her doctor already explained ,  if there is fluid will analyze , may visualize area  with thoracoscope and biopsy the area, if it is scar nothing to be done, if it is a recurrence need additional  treatments and  to follow her doctor advice.
