Liver enzymes: Sometimes this can be due to gallbladder problems/stones. It is common in women 20s-40s, especially if they are overweight. There is also fatty liver disease where your liver fails to process the dietary fats efficiently, common with obesity. Medication can be a cause, especially those metabolized by the liver. Infection and other inflammatory causes are possible. Your doctor can tell you more.

Too Broad: Liver inflammation is caused by infection, obesity, genetics, drug interactions, alcohol use, and cancers.  There are dozens of possibilities and further testing is mandatory with this simple screening result of abnormal liver functions.

Sick liver: I would need so much more information than a few lab tests and one blood sugar to even know what path to go down in figuring out what is wrong. I do know this child has a very sick liver, but what is causing that needs tons of investigation with the history of the illness, physical exam and other lab tests. Hopefully you are working with a pediatric hepatologist (liver doctor) to figure things out

A warning: This can be due to anything from drinking too much, not exercising enough, or being allergic to iboprofen all the way to chronic viral hepatitis, hemochromatosis, Wilson's, or autoimmune hepatitis. Try to figure out the cause. Best wishes.

SGOT / SGPT: These are better markers for damage. SGPT 38, SGOT 28 are not concerning though they're higher than most young men's. Some men run a high GGT even if they don't drink and this shouldn't be taken as proving anything. If you're drinking daily, this might be a good time to cut way back -- who really needs to be doing this?

GB attack: pregnant: Keep your fat content of your meals low, since gall bladder disease ( if you have stones) can occur when more bile is needed for heavy fatty meals. Unless the "attack" is frequent, it is best to wait until pregnancy is over before contemplating surgery.

Fatty liver disease : Did your father or mother have this too? I don't know where you live but you should get hold of a hepatologist to discuss this with him soon. That's a liver maven.

these are liver enzymes with GGT being the most sensitive to anything that can effect the liver, from too much to drink to numerous viral infections, drug exposures to name a few.  As an endocrinologist most elevations of liver enzymes are due to fatty liver. Would repeat your tests in a couple weeks - very likely back to normal.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you are on any medications, including herbals or over the counter, that may do it. If you are overweight, that could explain it too. Neither level is too high.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
