One cig. is too much: A visit to one's doctor can help quit, especially if the doctor knows of successful smoking cessation methods, medications, and programs, all of which may help a tobacco user wanting to go cold turkey (stop all use at once). For users with good planning skills and willpower, they can cut out a portion of their use (such as 1/3 or 1/2) every couple of weeks or so, and eventually get to zero use.

Blood and urine: I think you mix the result of blood work and urine test here- that makes it a bit confusing. You have blood in the urine and 6 WBC and negative leukocyctes esterase. That means either you have bladdder irritation or you may have contamination here. Did you have your period when you did this urine test? If this is clean catch- need to repeat urine test imaging  and perhaps see urologist.

Pancytopenia: You didn't mention why you are on remicade (infliximab).  Your white blood count, red blood count, and platelet counts are all low and your ESR is very high.  You need to see your doctor.  You may need other labs, or you may need to see a hematologist.
