Primary care doc: At your age is not likely a serious problem but do go visit your primary doc and let him/her decide if you need a specialist like an urologist. I would not go to an urologist straight away.

Yes: Hemorrhoids can occur at this age. These are swollen veins at the anal opening, made worse with constipation or sitting and straining at the toilet too long. Cancer would be highly unlikely. See a doctor for an examination to be sure.

Unlikely: An internal hemorrhoid if identified on clinical exam is unlikely to be cancer. If you do have surgery, the tissue is always sent to pathology to confirm. If you are worried about cancer, you should have a coloscopy with bx to evaluate the area and the remainder if the colon

Unrelated: hemorrhoid flare up produces problems with bleeding or the equivalent of thrombosed varicose veins in the rectum.  Cancer in general is related to  a viral infection from an organism like the polyoma virus that infects a field in the area of colon/rectum that leads to genetic alterations leading to malignant transformation of the involved cells.

By getting a good: Physical exam.  Rectal bleeding from hemorrhoids is by far more common then anal cancer.  However, one cannot tell the difference as symptoms from both anal cancer and hemorrhoids include bleeding, itching and some perianal discomfort.

Not reliable ones: If you have any concern about either of these conditions, it would be prudent to see a doctor and not rely on symptoms to differentiate the two conditions.

No: Often many colon and rectal cancer patients initially thought they had hemorrhoids because of symptoms such as rectal itching and rectal bleeding. If you are experiencing any new signs of rectal bleeding, no matter what your age, you should consult your doctor immediately. Colonoscopy to screen for cancer advised age 50 however may be sooner depending on individual risk factors and family history.

Clearly you are : Really nervous about this.  Take in a slow, deep breath.  Don't jump to conclusions. You may cause yourself unnecessary emotional anguish as your fret about all the "what if's".   I would see what the biopsy report shows.  Your doctor will be able to explain it to your further. Take care.

Stool blood: Never let stool blood be attributed solely to hemorrhoids in the absence of a good recent colonoscopy. Do the test.

All the above : Keep the bowel  sift all the time . Sit in a tub filled with warm water. It is mostly a fissure possible hemorrhoid
