How do you know if i have anus cancer or just a little blood from a hemorrhoid inside?

By getting a good: Physical exam. Rectal bleeding from hemorrhoids is by far more common then anal cancer. However, one cannot tell the difference as symptoms from both anal cancer and hemorrhoids include bleeding, itching and some perianal discomfort.
