FLank pain and hemat: If symptoms persist you should be seen by a urologist or nephrologist that specialize in kidney disorders and or have followup/ repeat lab testing 
sometimes other radiologic testing can also help figure out the issue.

See urologist: You need to see a urologist . There are different maipulation can be considered including eswl, laser lithotripsy, percutaneous etc.Eswl will be the non invasive one. Definitely need to discuss further with urologist about treatment options for you.

Work up needed: At a minimum an imaging study of abdomen and pelvis as well as cystoscopy will likely be needed. Stick with 1 doctor. Physical exam and history will be critical as well. Definitely time to see doc.

Microhematuria: I can't give you chances, but I can tell you that one of the reasons for Microhematuria is bladder cancer.  But infection is also a reason, stones in the urinary system are a reason (they may not be seen on ultrasound), and there are other reasons.  So rather than worry yourself sick, eat a few of those great walnuts grown around there, and wait and see what is going on.

Get checked,,,: There could be several reasons for this.  It could be from many bouts of infection or it could be from stones or it can be a defect in the ureter-bladder valve causing chronic reflux.  It's best to go to your doctor and get more tests like an intravenous pyelogram to scan the urinary tract and a urinalysis to check the urine due to the blood and stones.  Best of luck.

In addition to the urine and blood test, a ct scan of the pelvic is one of the tests that you should have- to find out the explanation of your symptoms. There are different things that can give you symptoms like that including infection, kidney stones, mass etc.

Pain: In patients without signs of urolithiasis, or signs of kidney infection, a likely cause of bilateral back and flank pain would be of musculoskeletal origin. Renal cysts generally do not cause pain unless they become very large.
