Vibration: more than likely the vibration is nerve pain. Some cases of plantar fasciitis involve the infracalcaneal nerve branch under the heel- it gets entrapped when there is a lot of inflammation. Antiinflammatories help, or ice. The mid calf pain could be posterior tibial tendinitis - the tendon that holds up your arch. This tendon and plantar fasciitis are related. Try an arch support

my dad had perthes as a child, & i have hemihypertrophy w/leg discrepancies as a child. my kid had an osteochondromas removed and now has (hsd) are these disorders connected are caused by same underline condition?

Unlikely: They are not likely to be directly related, but are separate problems. An exception would be an infection that spread to the low back (spine) and irritates the nerves to the legs.

Unlikely: But, some antidepressants that affect serotonin can cause restless legs as a side effect.

Blood supply...: This seems to be more of a description of 'poor circulation' than of a nerve root problem. Have you lost the natural hair on your legs? This can be another sign. If smoking, stop. Seek help early.

Not Likely: If your knee is giving way, that usually menas there is some instability or something inside the knee that causes such acute pain that your brain shuts down the muscles to the knee and you feel as though it is giving out.  It band issues are unlikely to cause either of these.  I would recommend an exam to find out more.

i injured my hamstring in a fall 2 months ago, and still have tightness and pain. now i have horrible heel pain. are the 2 related, what should i do?

Exercise: Regular exercise will help get your muscles in optimum shape. Any exercise will do, e.g., walking jogging, swimming, biking, yoga, your favorite sport.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

See answer: Nearly everyone has low back pain sometime. Low back pain may reflect nerve or muscle irritation or bone lesions. Occurs most often between ages 30 and 50 related to aging, sedentary lifestyles, increasing risk of disc disease (pain down the leg), and spinal degenerative disease. Generally, always best to see an md first for proper evaluation and examination and then discuss best rx options.

Nerve: Quick shocks of pain often are due to pinched or irritable nerves. If you are sitting a lot and/or are overweight,  you may be pinching the nerve going into the right lower leg and groin. If the pains persist i would start with an exam of the groin area and abdomen by a general surgeon or gynecologist.
