Tonight i've been having quick shocks of pain in vulva & back leg above the knee, both on right side. the two areas of pain feel almost connected by thread. sometimes lrq of abdomen also hurts. cause?

Nerve: Quick shocks of pain often are due to pinched or irritable nerves. If you are sitting a lot and/or are overweight, you may be pinching the nerve going into the right lower leg and groin. If the pains persist i would start with an exam of the groin area and abdomen by a general surgeon or gynecologist.
